Family Solicitor - Nottingham (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive firm with offices across the East Midlands. The role offers the chance to work within a highly respected Family Law team, providing expert advice and representation on a broad range of matters.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, delivering clear, professional and empathetic advice to clients. Work will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Child arrangements and residence issues
- Cohabitation and civil partnership disputes
- Domestic abuse matters
- Care proceedings and public law cases
The position will allow you to work closely with experienced colleagues while maintaining autonomy over your own cases. Hybrid working arrangements are available, alongside excellent support and resources.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with experience in family law
- Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in court
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively
- Experience working under Legal Aid funding would be advantageous
