Our client is looking for a PART TIME Bookkeeper to join their quickly growing Accountancy firm. You MUST have Practice experience to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain all financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and updating accounts.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Financial reporting, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage company expenses.
  • Maintain organised and secure financial records at all times.
  • Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping within a Practice.
  • AAT qualified advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing firm.
