Are you an experienced and proactive HR Administrator looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a well-organised and confident individual to join a dynamic team supporting around 70 employees. Based in Nottingham, with occasional travel to Leicester, London, and Birmingham, this role offers a hybrid working pattern (50% from home), provided work priorities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify training and development needs across the business
  • Organise company-wide, team-focused, and individual CPD and training sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records, including performance reviews, sickness, and maternity leave
  • Prepare and amend HR documents, including employment contracts and recruitment materials
  • Support recruitment activities – from job advert creation to interview scheduling
  • Help ensure policies are reviewed, up to date, and compliant with employment legislation
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries across departments
  • Liaise with the Finance team to support planning around leave, bonuses, and remuneration
  • Manage internal announcements and assist with the implementation of HR procedures
  • Produce regular HR reports for the Practice Leadership Group

Person Specification:

  • Degree-qualified in HR, Business, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is essential
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Confident problem-solver with a practical and solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace and other business software
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
