Branch Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a logistics company based in Nottingham who are seeking a Branch Manager to join their on-site team!
Duties:
- Ensure the welfare of our Staff, Contractors and the public who interact with us by ensuring a safe legally compliant workplace
- Ensure that best practice work methods are used to maximise the efficiency of the operation while following all H&S requirements
- Manage the cost centre for the branch, negotiating contracts and validating charges before working with the accounts team within head office to provide accurate financial information
- Arrange monthly appointments with existing and potential customers to grow both volume and profitability
- Assist with other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Desirable:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of running a branch or division, with proven track record of revenue growth achieved and net profit growth year-on-year

Excellent communication and people skills

Good understand of Microsoft packages

Logistics industry knowledge is highly advantageous
Salary + additional information:
- £38,000 - £40,000
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
