RICS Qualified Surveyor

£40,000 £60,000 (depending on experience)

Nuneaton (Office and Field Based)

Were recruiting on behalf of an established, highly respected firm of Chartered Surveyors. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role for a qualified RICS Surveyor whos confident delivering high-quality residential surveys and professional valuations. Youll have the autonomy to manage your own diary while being backed by a responsive, knowledgeable support team that helps you focus on the work that matters.

About the Role

Youll be inspecting a broad mix of residential properties. The role includes preparing detailed Level 1 to 3-equivalent surveys for private clients, using a bespoke reporting format designed to support clear communication and professional guidance.

Youll also carry out formal valuations for both residential and commercial properties, working to RICS standards and maintaining high levels of professional integrity in your reporting.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

9:00am 5:00pm

No weekend work

Key Duties

  • Inspect a wide range of residential properties (and some commercial)

  • Produce Level 1 to Level 3-equivalent surveys using a bespoke in-house format

  • Carry out residential and commercial property valuations

  • Prepare clear, detailed reports


Key Requirements

  • RICS qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)

  • Able to manage workload independently while maintaining high standards

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Ideally a RICS Registered Valuer
