This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing engineering team and support critical manufacturing operations with a focus on breakdown response, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Rapid response to equipment breakdown
- Routine maintenance and problem-solving of recurring fault
- Driving down engineering downtime
- Ensuring machinery is maintained to a high standard
What we're looking for:
- Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship (ideal)
- Electrical or Mechanical bias with multi-skilled ability preferred
- Experience in Food / FMCG / Packaging is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
