Technical Operator
Nuneaton
Up to £35,000 DOE Bonus

Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm

As a Technical Operator, you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art food manufacturing equipment – including packaging lines, seasoning systems, conveyors, and high-speed filling machines. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, with a strong focus on quality and performance.

Duties of the Technical Operator:

  • Operating and monitoring machinery in line with production targets and safety protocols.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
  • Working closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Training teams.
  • Driving improvements by suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working.
  • Using digital tools, such as Redzone to track production and report issues.
