We are seeking dedicated EYFS supply teachers who can cover Nuneaton, Bedworth and the surrounding villages who prioritise children's learning, development, and overall wellbeing. With day-to-day supply and indeed longer-term roles, schools do prefer EYFS specialist teachers to cover as the framework and strategies tend to be different, as well as the room used and the structure of their day. As a supply teacher, you will manage the classroom and teach in the absence of the original teacher. You may be required to plan lessons, for which additional payment will be provided. Any issues, including safeguarding concerns, must be reported to the teacher or the on-duty DSL.Your new roleThe flexibility of supply teaching makes it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Covering sickness, paternity, and maternity leave
  • Managing classroom dynamics
