Property Manager – Oakham

Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join their team in Oakham. This office-based role involves managing repairs and maintenance, preparing legal tenancy paperwork, conducting tenant check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring compliance across a residential property portfolio.

You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants while working closely with contractors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing tenant references and processing tenancy applications
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and all associated paperwork
  • Handling incoming calls, face-to-face customer enquiries, and email responses
  • Addressing landlord and tenant queries efficiently
  • Managing maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Preparing property folders for new tenancies and registering deposits
  • Conducting property inspections, tenant check-ins, and check-outs
Essential Requirements
  • Proven property management experience with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, motivated, and a quick learner with problem-solving abilities
