Office Assistant

We are a small, friendly team based in Barnet, London, providing quality security solutions such as intruder alarms, CCTV and intercom systemsto homes and businesses in North London and surrounding areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for recent school leavers looking to start their career, but we welcome applications from anyone with the right attitude and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and greeting customers
  • Responding in a timely manner to emails
  • Managing appointment bookings for our installation and maintenance team
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Creating invoices and managing payments
  • General office organisation
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks
