Customer Support Administrator
Our client based in Odiham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Administrator to join their team.This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and provide high-quality support to both customers and internal staff with professionalism and accuracy.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Fully office based initially with a view to become hybrid working after 1 year of employment.
Due to company location, you must have access to your own form of reliable transport
Customer Support Administrator key responsibilities:
- Dealing with day-to-day enquiries concerning current contracts
- Ensuring that the contract renewal system is maintained
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Assisting with mail-shots, and despatching information to customers
- Providing consistent, accurate, and timely support to customers and members of staff, and ensuring all forms of communication are answered accurately and efficiently
- Carry out general and routine office duties as required
- Additionally, you may be required to provide admin support to other areas of the business
Customer Support Administrator skills and experience:
- Strong multitasking abilities with a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical, logical, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Confident, professional, and well-organised nature
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic file handling
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus but not essential
