Property Manager

Bristol, Southwest

26.62 - 33.92 per hour (dependent on payment method)

Full time, 37 hours per week

Temporary ongoing contract

Hybrid working, 2 days a week required in the office

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients to act as the strategic link between departments taking a lead role in advising on all aspects of property asset management.

Daily duties of the Property Manager:

  • Maximise property performance through rationalisation, cost reduction and compliance with relevant property legislation
  • Work closely with the senior management team and strategic leads in services to develop service asset management plans
  • Assess assets in terms of suitability and sufficiency to ensure the needs of service users are met
  • Provide professional advice on all aspects of property use and occupation including the scoping and delivery of specific property projects

Essential requirements of the Property Manager:

  • Experience of providing pro-active property management
  • Previously worked within Social Housing
  • Experienced in carrying out property inspections
