Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and customers.
- Arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organised manner.
- Handle queries from residents and manage appointment changes.
- Reschedule appointments using our planning tools.
- Log current jobs onto our job management system/database.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule work.
Requirements
- Experience working in a call centre environment.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
