The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, product-led organisation seeking a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Based in the West Midlands, this full-time, on-site position is ideal for a strategic and data-driven marketer who is equally confident with analytics and creative messaging.

This role will suit someone with a strong track record in delivering successful multi-channel campaigns, managing marketing performance, and driving brand engagement and customer growth. You will lead marketing initiatives, collaborate across teams, and bring fresh insight to digital strategy and customer communications.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (DOE)

Start date: May - July 2025

Contract: Full time, perm, hybrid offering 2 days WFH post probabtion (3 months)

Key Requirements

  • Deliver and refine the overarching marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive commercial growth.

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across key channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and web.

  • Write compelling marketing copy for email, web, advertising, and product content while maintaining brand tone.

  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and report insights and KPIs to leadership.

  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to shape future marketing direction.

  • Oversee the brand's digital presence, ensuring content is SEO-optimised and aligned to user needs.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.

  • Collaborate with internal creatives and external agencies to ensure campaigns are visually effective and on-brand.

  • Manage a team at marketing executive level and contribute to their development with guidance and feedback.

  • Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and marketing priorities effectively.

Candidate Criteria
  • Previous experince in a hands on marketing role, ideally within an e-commerce or product-led business.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns, including social, email, and paid media.

  • Excellent copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing versatile and engaging written work.

  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.

  • Ability to translate insights into strategic decisions and actionable improvements.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and campaigns.

  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Confident communicator and team player with experience managing stakeholder expectations
