What You Will Do:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding targets.

- Process orders efficiently, ensuring all are commercially viable and aligned with pricing guidelines.

- Handle enquiries swiftly, providing accurate quotations and following up to secure orders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

- Accurately input sales orders into the system and keep customer information up to date using the CRM.

- Support the external sales team by visiting key customers when required.

 

What You Will Bring:

- Proven sales experience, ideally within the steel industry or related sectors.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

- A proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative.

- IT proficiency, with experience in SAP being advantageous but not essential.
