Sellick Partnership is currently looking for a Administrator to work within a public sector organisation on a full-time basis for a 6 contract with the possibility of being extended.

The Administrator will be responsible for:

  • ?Providing proactive general administration services and undertaking clerical duties in a professional, timely manner, as and when required
  • Maintaining order trackers and record systems
  • Answering and directing calls as required
  • Scheduling meetings via Microsoft Outlook
  • Diary Management for team members, including booking meetings
  • Scanning documentation ensuring that they are correctly named and put in the right record
  • Covering reception as and when required
  • Take minutes as required and collating them for the team
  • Input and collate expenses as required

The Administrator will ideally have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of GDPR, inputting data and data management
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Experience of minute taking

The Administrator will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands.
