Process Operative-Chemical manufacturing
Days and Night shifts, 12hr shifts
Please note: This shift pattern is 4on/4off, weekends and bank holidays will be part of your shift pattern. You MUST be able to work both Days and Nights
Our ideal candidate:
- An experienced process operative from a chemical manufacturing, COMAH site, essential
- Familiar with COSHH, Risk assessments and Health & Safety, essential
- Possess a IOSH Qualification, essential
- GMP Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to troubleshoot and monitor equipment
- FLT licence-advantageous, desirable
In your role as a Process Operative:
- Operate chemical equipment
- The use of vacuum systems, nitrogen and control panels
- Undertaking distillations, separations, transfers, filtrations, and powder handling
- Manufacture products to specified procedures, following detailed instruction
- Monitor of chemical reactions and adjust
- Record process data
- Perform safety checks
- Maintenance of equipment
- Follow all Health & Safety and GMP regulations
