Process Operative-Chemical manufacturing

Days and Night shifts, 12hr shifts

Please note: This shift pattern is 4on/4off, weekends and bank holidays will be part of your shift pattern. You MUST be able to work both Days and Nights

Our ideal candidate:

  • An experienced process operative from a chemical manufacturing, COMAH site, essential
  • Familiar with COSHH, Risk assessments and Health & Safety, essential
  • Possess a IOSH Qualification, essential
  • GMP Knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to troubleshoot and monitor equipment
  • FLT licence-advantageous, desirable

In your role as a Process Operative:

  • Operate chemical equipment
  • The use of vacuum systems, nitrogen and control panels
  • Undertaking distillations, separations, transfers, filtrations, and powder handling
  • Manufacture products to specified procedures, following detailed instruction
  • Monitor of chemical reactions and adjust
  • Record process data
  • Perform safety checks
  • Maintenance of equipment
  • Follow all Health & Safety and GMP regulations
