Our client are an industry leading manufacturer of specialist equipment and they are looking to appoint a Customer Service Supervisor to act a senior figure to a team of five executives. As Customer Service Supervisor, you must act proactively at all times, carrying out your duties in a professional and courteous manner and provide customers with regular updates on their projects. Customers frequently chase for updates on progress, timescales and delivery dates. You will be the central point of contact to answer those queries. It is important you have prior experience in customer support, sales, projects or contracts focused roles.

- Prior experience in dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience
- High level of communication skills, both internal and external
- A confident personality as you will be the first point of contact for the business
- Good IT skills
