# Overview We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in fire and security, CCTV, access control, intruder, and life safety systems. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

# Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the maintenance of fire and security systems, CCTV, access control, intruder, and life safety systems.- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored service contracts and solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on maintenance services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
