Job Description
Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join their team for a range of renovation projects across Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, and Painting, helping to transform properties to a high standard.
Position:Multi-Trader
Location:Oldham and surrounding areas
Duration:2 Years (Ongoing Work)
Pay:160 per day (negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking various renovation tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, and painting.
- Ensuring work is completed to high standards in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site.
- Working closely with other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader with a strong background in multiple trades.
- A valid CSCS Blue Card is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own tools and transport preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
