I am excited to be working with this client who are experiencing continued growth and are seeking a Property Claims Handler to join their team. The role has come about due to internal promotions and growth.

You would be working with an experienced team to deal with claims from first notification through to resolution. Therefore, you need to have some experience within a similar role where you have dealt with underground services. The role involves reviewing costings, images, and challenging decisions that you feel are not correct. This means you must have confidence in your technical ability.

The onboarding process is extremely thorough with 121 training on bespoke packages to ensure that you have the knowledge to be able to be successful in the role. This can take up to one month but is incredibly important in understanding the business and the way they operate.

Once every 15 weeks you will be asked to be on call for the week across the hours 5.30pm to 10pm including weekends. You will be paid for claims processed during this time period into your wage that month.

There is an opportunity to earn a yearly performance bonus.

The team are very sociable and enjoy nights out and company events throughout the year.

The company is located on a local bus route and there is free parking on site.

This role is to start immediately dependant on notice periods.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
