Your new roleAdministrator -Housing Industry North Manchester.

Full-Time / 35 hours per week/ 5 days a week/ 3 days office-based.

£14.39 per hour plus holiday pay

Temporary Immediate Start up to 6 months

The full-time working hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday and office-based 3 days a week.

The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact for a specialist team that deals with vulnerable and at-risk stakeholders. For example, victims of domestic abuse, homelessness and young care leavers.

You will be dealing with external stakeholders and updating systems. You will also need to have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that the data you are inputting is accurate and complies with housing regulations. This dynamic and demanding role will involve considerable flexibility. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is essential.

What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an experienced administrator with working experience of at-risk/ vulnerable clients. This is a very varied administrative role therefore you will be required to be both flexible and adaptable.
