We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our nurturing and ambitious SEN Provision based in Oldham. About Us:

Our specialist provision caters to pupils aged 5-16 with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure our pupils receive personalised, holistic support.



The Role:

As an SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development

  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider support team

  • Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and external professionals

  • Implement behaviour support strategies and contribute to EHCP reviews



What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferably in a specialist setting)

  • A commitment to inclusive practice and raising achievement for all learners

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creativity, resilience, and a nurturing approach to teaching
