- Working across multiple clients accounts
- Ensuring client costs and sales are coded correctly against the nominal codes
- Recording of time spent on each client account
- All aspects of Purchase ledger
- All aspects of Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Processing of expense claims
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Dealing with queries
- Good communicator and able to speak with clients
- Available at short notice
- AAT qualified/ AAT studier (or equivalent)
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- Able to commute to the rural office in Olney – this is an office-based role with the potential for hybrid, and not a remote based job
- Accurate & diligent
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Previous work experience using Xero accounting software
