- Client Interviews & Instructions: Conducting interviews with clients to take full instructions and assess the merit of cases.
- Advice & Communication: Advising clients on their legal rights and options in personal injury and clinical negligence matters, ensuring they are fully informed at all stages of their case.
- Case Management: Drafting and reviewing relevant documents, keeping client and matter files in good order, and ensuring accurate recording of all information.
- Client Liaison: Dealing with client queries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and efficient manner, whether in person or over the phone.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring compliance with quality standards, departmental procedures, and legal requirements when handling matters.
