An established property company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator role includes assisting the Project Team and Senior Coordinator with a range of administrative functions including liaising with clients, acting as first point of contact regarding enquiries, and managing/maintaining follow up reports.

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
  • Parking available

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients
  • Creating managing and maintaining calendar entries
  • Liaising with the client, providing updates throughout the process
  • Confirming delivery dates, scheduling required equipment, and managing accommodation bookings
  • Ensuring deliveries of parts are scheduled
  • Tasking information flow to external colleagues
  • Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Monitoring task progress and keeping stakeholders updated
  • Acting as a supporting point of contact for all parties
  • Managing and maintaining follow up reports to clients
  • Reporting to the accounts department for post attendance invoicing
  • Ensuring the agreed project management methods and processes are maintained
  • Providing an excellent client focused service throughout

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A confident communicator, both spoken and written with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people
