We are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our clients successful team. The right candidate will ideally have brand/account management experience, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Key Responsibilities of the Brand Manager:

  1. Brand Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with assigned brands and act as the primary liaison.
  2. Expectation Setting: Communicate and manage brand expectations, ensuring alignment with content and e-commerce teams.
  3. Strategic Support: Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that align with business objectives.
  4. Stock Management: Oversee stock ordering processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and addressing any issues.
  5. Promotional Coordination: Align stock ordering with brand promotions and identify collaboration opportunities with affiliates and influencers.
  6. Brand Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of brand performance, identifying growth opportunities and strategies.
  7. Commercial Negotiations: Review and negotiate commercial terms with existing and new brands to maximise profit and marketing support.
  8. Performance Reporting: Provide monthly reports on brand performance with recommendations for future actions.
  9. Onboarding New Brands: Lead the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring successful launches.
  10. Product Launch Coordination: Manage logistics for new product launches, including descriptions, imagery, and marketing support.

The Key Requirements of the Brand Manager:

  • Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience managing external supplier relationships
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience working within a similar position

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with affiliates
  • Positive attitude with a high level of motivation
  • Enjoys working under pressure
