The responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Process and manage accounts payable invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with French-speaking suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable records for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile payment issues.
- Support the month-end closing process with relevant documentation.
