The ideal candidate would be a current head or senior sous chef in a quality branded operation or restaurant, looking to become part of a team in a company with a huge big future. Head Chef What we need from you:
- The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation
- A real people person with excellent communication skills
- Exemplary standards in all aspects of kitchen management
- The ability to recruit, train and coach your team
- A strong understanding of food health and safety
