Marketing Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Planning and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and PR channels to reach target audiences.
- Managing and optimising online platforms, including social media accounts and email marketing platforms, to maximise engagement.
- Creating compelling content, including copywriting and video editing, to promote programmes, initiatives, and organisational value.
- Organising and managing virtual and in-person events to showcase the organisation's offerings and foster community relationships.
- Analysing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjusting strategies for improved results.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand reach and foster engagement.

Marketing Manager Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience organising and managing both virtual and physical events
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to campaign development
Location
Based in Oxford, the role is office-based with good public transport links nearby. Limited parking is available. Currently, there is no hybrid working option for this role.
