My house hold name Client is urgently recruiting for a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

The Role:
I'm seeking a results-oriented, creative thinker to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure they hit key performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, assets, and performance reporting.

  • Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights for future optimisation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative campaign ideas to the table.

  • Coordinate with external agencies or partners when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management or a related role.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

  • A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

Please note this is an initial 18 month fixed term contract, it will be salary based and hybrid working in Oxford.
