Temp Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Oxford
My client is currently recruiting for a time served mechanical maintenance supervisor based on oxford. You will have your mechanical qualifications either in plumbing/mechanical or HVAC and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include making all compliance and H&S adhered to, making sure sub-contractors are compliant and risk assessments are completed, using cafm system to make sure ppm's and KPI's are hit, looking after x2 direct employees and management of the sub contractor, boiler engineer and plumbing, as well as working with the client and reporting to contract manager.
Based on 8-5 Monday to Friday
30p/h based on a 3 month temp position.
