The Talent Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent strategies to foster growth within the organisation. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, offered on a hybrid working basis.

Client Details

You will be joining a global business of circa 2,000, with strong presence across EMEA, APAC and the US. The role will sits in one of the centres of excellence, as part of a long standing, dedicated & multi-national People team.

This will be the first dedicated Talent Development Specialist that the business have had, and over the course of your contract, you will be tasked with reviewing and re-designing the Learning Frameworks in place. The aim will be to equip managers with the soft skills needed to drive high performing teams.

Description

The Talent Development Specialist will:

  • Develop and deliver talent development programmes aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Work with country HR Managers to design succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee performance.
  • Provide expert advice on career progression and development pathways.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent development.

Profile

A successful Talent Development Partner should have:

  • A strong background in human resources, particularly in learning & talent development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programmes.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
