Reed is partnered with a world-leading business consultancy that is dedicated to making the modern workplace fairer through high-quality diversity and inclusion solutions. This organisation is expanding and seeking a proactive and skilled Administration Manager to lead their administration team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • People Management: Lead the administration team, including recruitment, onboarding, task allocation, setting priorities, development support, and performance management.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure office facilities meet agreed standards.
  • Business Support: Coordinate internal events such as monthly all-staff meetings, partner meetings, and social events. Prepare and distribute monthly company updates.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: Oversee budget planning and control for relevant areas, including annual budgeting and quarterly reviews.
  • HR Support: Support the HR manager with administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and management experience, including setting priorities, delegating tasks, and managing performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like MS Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sense of discretion.
