About the Role

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of this prestigious nursing and residential care service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, specialist dementia support, and luxury living for residents. You will lead an experienced, compassionate team committed to excellence in every area — from clinical care to hospitality and wellbeing.

Your role will involve:

• Ensuring the Nursing Home obtains GOOD or OUTSTANDING CQC standard.
• Ensure the nursing home / care home obtains high occupancy levels.
• Inspiring and developing staff to deliver exceptional dementia and nursing care.
• Driving operational performance and financial success with commercial awareness.
• Upholding the values of dignity, respect, and comfort in a five-star care environment.
• Deliver the very best care to residents with elderly care and dementia care needs

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a visionary Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager who has:

• Proven experience managing large or luxury care homes.
• A background in premium or luxury elderly care, ideally with dementia care expertise.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
• A proactive, compassionate, and business-minded approach.
