Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Oxford-based MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) team. This role offers the chance to manage projects from concept to detailed design, delivering high-quality mechanical building services solutions.
Responsibilities:
. Lead mechanical building services design and project delivery.
. Mentor junior engineers and supervise their work.
. Use CAD and BIM (Revit) to model and design systems.
. Conduct mechanical design calculations and produce drawings, specifications, and reports.
. Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors.
. Support construction stage activities, including site inspections.
Requirements:
. Mechanical building services design experience (consultant or contractor).
. Relevant degree or higher qualification (HNC/HND acceptable).
. Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated (IEng) Engineer status achieved or in progress.
. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
