Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organization
- Provide strategic financial advice to the board and other senior stakeholders
- Ensure financial compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Lead and inspire a small finance team
- Minimum 3 days per week in Oxford Office
Profile
A successful interim Finance Director should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior financial role within the not for profit sector
- Minimum 3 days per week in Oxford Office
- Excellent financial analysis and forecasting skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
