Description
- Lead and develop the FP&A function of the organisation.
- Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Design and implement financial models and reports.
- Work closely with senior management to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Drive continuous improvement within the FP&A function.
Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Proven experience as Head of FP&A in a large organisation with consolidations experience.
- Experience of cash flow forecasting and Exec/ board level reporting.
- UK Right to Work
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Job Offer
