Description

  • Lead and develop the FP&A function of the organisation.
  • Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement financial models and reports.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify financial risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the FP&A function.

Profile

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
  • Proven experience as Head of FP&A in a large organisation with consolidations experience.
  • Experience of cash flow forecasting and Exec/ board level reporting.
  • UK Right to Work
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
