Description

As a HR Generalist you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Profile

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
    • Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
