This is a diverse, challenging role in a talented team where youll be developing and optimising highly available, robust, and scalable MySQL databases, while contributing to architectural decisions and performance tuning
Essential:
- MySQL DBA and development experience
- Performance tuning, optimisation, and indexing
- SQL Server to MySQL migration experience
- Writing performant SQL and stored procedures
- Knowledge of MySQL storage engines (e.g. InnoDB, MyISAM)
- Experience in high-traffic, 24/7 production environments
