The Role
- Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of daily service across lunch and dinner
- Oversee prep, service, and stock management with precision and care
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Play a key role in menu development and seasonal specials
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, focused kitchen culture
About You
- Proven experience as a Sous in a quality-led, fast-paced restaurant
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, and a natural leader
- Confident running a section and stepping into the Head Chefs role when required
- A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and hospitality
