We are seeking a Resource Administrator to work for our client in the Oxfordshire area. To join our newly created, busy Resourcing team, managing checking and posting job vacancies and all new starter onboarding (pre-employment checks), both via a new applicant tracking system.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our new in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring an efficient, solution-focused recruitment service for hiring managers. If you are passionate about recruitment, and delivering a great candidate experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Supporting the Resourcing Advisor in the implementation and management of the new ATS, providing system support and recruitment advice.? Acting as a first point of contact for all recruitment and resourcing queries via a helpdesk.? Managing the vetting and onboarding process, including DBS checks, right-to-work verification, reference collection, and medical clearance.? Ensuring compliance with audit requirements (DBS, IR35, GDPR) and maintaining up-to-date records.
