Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Operations and Learning & Development team.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and manage the Learning Management System.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including managing job postings and coordinating interviews.
- Manage and update employee records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and reports.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle HR-related inquiries or requests from employees.
- Support other functions of the HR department as needed.
Profile
