Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Operations and Learning & Development team.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and manage the Learning Management System.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including managing job postings and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage and update employee records and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and reports.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries or requests from employees.
  • Support other functions of the HR department as needed.

Profile

A successful Temporary People Operations and L&D Administrator should have:
