Senior Site Manager – Fit-Out Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a high-quality fit-out project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, and health & safety standards.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.

• Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and progress reporting.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure all fit-out works are completed to specification and in line with design intent.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on commercial, education, or high-spec fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including finishes, MEP coordination, and sequencing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications required.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
