Parkside Recruitment are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join their clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate or senior-level professional looking to work on technically complex projects across commercial, heritage, education, and science sectors.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality building services designs, managing project performance, and contributing to team development and client relationships.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee mechanical or electrical designs in line with project requirements and industry regulations.
  • Manage site inspections and monitor contractor work to ensure alignment with specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members, contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
  • Assist with business development, fee proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Lead meetings and serve as Contract Administrator when required.
  • Drive health and safety best practices, including risk assessments and compliance oversight.
