Join the dedicated Selective Licensing Team and help ensure housing standards are met across the council. We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual to process licensing applications and deliver excellent service to our residents and landlords.

  • Accurately input and review data to process Selective Licensing applications
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support applicants
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent phone and email coverage
  • Meet performance and quality targets through efficient and accurate processing
  • Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Embrace feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
