Job Title: Intermediate Project Manager - Mechanical (Piping Package)
Location: Oxfordshire, UK
Salary: 80,000 - 85,000 + Pension & Healthcare
Overview:
We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to support delivery of a new-build project in Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive team on a technically interesting scheme, with ability to move onto larger projects within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of the mechanical piping scope on a standalone package
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activity
- Support planning, progress reporting, and commercial inputs
- Work closely with senior management for guidance and development
- Ensure safety, quality, and programme adherence
- Liaise with the client and wider site team professionally
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a project management or contracts management role
- Familiar with mechanical or piping works on construction projects
- Organised, proactive, and eager to develop skills in a live project environment
- DBS clearance required (or willingness to obtain)
- Good communication skills and ability to work on site full time
