Estates Manager - 12-Week Contract 
Oxford | £25.19 per hour | Full time, on-site - 12 weeks temporary
 
We're seeking an experienced Estates Manager to oversee the effective management, maintenance and development of a prestigious estate in Oxford. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance, project delivery, health & safety compliance, and team management. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estates and maintenance team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery 
- Oversee maintenance programmes, contractors, and planned works 
- Manage estates projects from planning through to completion 
- Monitor budgets, procurement and value-for-money performance 
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory obligations 
- Contribute to the estates strategy and long-term planning 
 
What We're Looking For: 
- Proven management experience in an estates, facilities or property environment 
- Strong project management and budgetary control skills 
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, H&S, and maintenance best practice 
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities 
- Confident IT user (Excel and data reporting skills desirable) 
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
