As Net Zero Programme Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering and developing our flagship Impact Programme. From shaping the future of there CAPZero place-based services to steering their Community Innovation Gateway, your role is central to turning ideas into impactful results.

You'll collaborate across teams, inspire high standards, and drive strategic alignment-helping us amplify our social impact and develop scalable community energy models.

The Role:
*Design and manage programme structures across The Impact Programme and Innovation Gateway
*Collaborate with senior managers to align delivery with strategic goals
*Lead development of place-based services (CAPZero) and test new solutions for community energy
*Manage reporting, track policy trends, and support organisation-wide impact

The Person:
*Proven programme management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
*Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
*Insightful, strategic thinker with the ability to connect dots and drive results
*Familiarity with sustainable energy systems or the ability to learn quickly
*Passionate about making real, measurable change in the community energy sector
